Day 1
She started with the placement check. Result: B1 intermediate. She didn't believe it.
Day 30
Three weeks of daily 5-minute lessons. She started unmuting in standups. Short answers, but unmuting.
Day 90
She presented a design system to her team in English. Not perfectly — there were pauses, a few wrong tenses — but she did it. Without notes.
