Talk & Track is an English-speaking practice platform currently available in early access. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Talk & Track uses automated technologies to provide transcripts, speaking feedback, conversations, and level recommendations. These features are designed to support English practice and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Placement results are recommendations and are not official language certifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You may delete your account through Settings → Privacy.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, access another person's account without permission, or use Talk & Track for unlawful purposes.
Talk & Track's lessons, activities, branding, software, and original learning materials belong to Talk & Track or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Talk & Track is currently being tested and improved. Features may be added, changed, temporarily unavailable, or removed as the platform develops. No payment is currently required to participate in early access.
We may update these terms or the service as Talk & Track develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
The Talk & Track Partner Program allows eligible teachers and partners to introduce Talk & Track to learners using a unique referral link.
Partners may share their referral link with students and other appropriate audiences. Referrals are tracked through Talk & Track's partner system where technically available.
Talk & Track intends to offer partners a 30% recurring commission on eligible referred students when paid plans are introduced. No commissions are generated while the referred service is provided without charge.
Before paid plans launch, the Partner Terms will be updated with the applicable commission calculation, eligibility period, payment schedule, minimum payout requirements, refunds, taxes, and payment methods.
Partners must represent Talk & Track accurately. Partners may not make misleading claims, impersonate Talk & Track, send unsolicited spam, or promise features, results, prices, discounts, or guarantees that Talk & Track has not authorized.
Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, or partnership relationship with Talk & Track. Partners participate independently.
Because the Partner Program is currently developing, its features and commercial terms may change. Partners will be informed of material changes that affect their participation.
Partners may stop participating in the program. Talk & Track may also suspend or terminate participation for misuse, fraud, misleading promotion, or violations of the Partner Terms.
